Shavonn Richardson, MBA, GPC, has 20+ years of experience as a former grantmaker, nonprofit leader, and active federal grants reviewer — giving her a rare, inside view of what funders actually fund.
She launched Think and Ink Grant Consulting® in 2016 to help organizations with budgets of $3 million + stop guessing and start winning — with customized strategies and competitive proposals that get results. As Think and Ink Grant Consulting® celebrates its ten-year anniversary, her team has deployed $625M+ of resources throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean.
She is the creator of Get.Grants.Better.® helps emerging organizations with annual budgets under $3 million access discounted grant-writing training, templates, and strategic advisory services. Grant writing staff and organizational leaders gain the strategy, structure, and capacity they need to lead and build a grant writing office that wins.
Shavonn holds the Grant Professional Certified (GPC) credential, earned by fewer than 1,000 professionals nationwide, and is a Forbes-published author, sought-after speaker, and LinkedIn industry voice.
